Pro Food Maker is a blog & podcast that highlights Black entrepreneurs & creatives in food, beverage, and hospitality. And I interview guests from around the world.

• Fred Corder, co-owner of Maryland ChickAn, a fusion pop-up restaurant in the Philippines serving deep fried watermelon
